RELEASE MARIAN PRICE!
MARIAN PRICE was arrested during a raid on her home on the 13th May 2011. Three days later she appeared in court on ridiculous charges and was granted bail. Immediately after bail was granted she was re-arrested by order of Owen Paterson (The un-elected British Secretary of State to the North of Ireland.) He claimed to have revoked her licence. Something he had NO LEGAL RIGHT TO DO!
Marian received a Royal Prerogative of Mercy, which is a PARDON. A Pardon was granted due to Marian’s ill health at the time after enduring forced feeding on more than 400 occasions during her incarceration in an English jail. When the PPS (Public Prosecution Service) were ordered by the courts to produce the Pardon, they stalled, eventually claiming that it had been lost, BELIEVED SHREDDED!
Meanwhile Marian has been held in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT (against UN Directives) firstly in Maghaberry Prison and since the 17th February in Hydebank.
This issue of injustice must be exposed for what it is. The plight of Marian Price, Wife, Mother and Sister stands above any organisation or political party and we urge all concerned about the abuse of human rights to come forward in unity of purpose to secure the release of Marian immediately!
