On July 26th, 1953 a group of brave young Cubans, led by Fidel Castro, attacked the Moncada and the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes garrisons,

symbols of the tyranny and occupation of Cuba under the U.S. puppet regime of Batista.

Although the attack was militarily defeated, it raised the banner of struggle, which would lead to the victory of the Cuban Revolution on

January 1st, 1959. We celebrate the legacy of Comandante Presidente Hugo Chávez Frías and the continued heroic resistance of the Cuban

Five, unjustly convicted by the U.S. government for the “crime” of preventing and exposing terrorist attacks against Cuba, planned and

launched from U.S. territory.

I just returned from Santiago de Cuba and the spirit of the Revolution is very much alive and well. It’s wonderful to be in a country not controlled by the murderous lying, Anglo-american imperialists and their immoral corporate cronies. There is so much energy there, and life in the eyes of the Cubans; they haven’t fallen victims to the Rockefeller eugenics-centred programs to dumb-down and soft-kill the populations through vaccinations, GM food, Monsanto toxins, big Pharma over-prescribing of meds, fluoridation, and our toxic culture. I suspect they have a much better future than us, buying in as we have to the fiat currency set up by the private, for profit run central banks set up to profit from the keeping and growing a poverty class in Canada, and supporting the US and Israel in their countless wars of aggression around the globe.
