Statement in Support of Micheal Campbell!!!

29 Jun

Given the fact that Micheal Campbell is in jail due to a sting operation spearheaded by M15 which is know for it dirty tricks, given the fact that Micheal Campbell is a citizen of the EU and as such he has the right to be repatriated to finish his prison sentence in Ireland, and finally given the fact that his treatment in prison in Lithuania is contrary to the Geneva convention we pledge to fight to raise awareness around his case until he is returned home.

To waterloo regional Police intelliegence Fuck Off and Die!!!

It has come to our attention that you are attempting to recruit informers to criminalize and attack our movement. This information has come to us first hand from one of the people that you have attempted to recruit. The fact that you are using peoples vulnerabilitys and promising people access to services as a way to recruit them demonstrates to us that you are a bunch of sick fucks!!!!

This individual is willing to come forwardand as we speak we are preparing for this, and will demonstrate to everyone how truly prasitic you are when it serves us best.

My Question to you is have you not learned any lessons over the past decade? how many times have you arrested members of our organization? how many times have you given us bullshit conditions on bail to stop us from organizing, how many times have our bail hearings been postponed and remanded to keep us in custody? How many times have you attempted to infiltrate and break our movement.

Have you not learned, we cannot be broken because our politics and dedication is stronger then your system, and the repression you send the more we are unified. For every one of us you neutralize through your bullshit courts and fucked up bail conditions there are ten more willing to take our place.

Ask intelligence agent Gary Askins, yo are up against a movement of your own creation, every eviction, every layoff every austerity cut that you implement gives us more and more recruits and fresh cadre, and we are not scared of you.

Nor do we have anything to hide!!!!our politics are open and if youreally want to know what we are up toall you have to do is read one of our publications!!! Our politics are clear, WE FUCKEN HATE YOU and the system of misery and explotation that you defend, and our anger comes not from some stupid hip hop song nor is it a fase. We have been active since 1994 and every dirty trick that you have played on us further entrenches our righteous hatred against a system built on misery and poverty. We have cordial ties with a variety of diffrent activists around the country and your attempts to smash our unity have come to nothing.

We call on you to do the honorable thing and fall on your swords!!!!You will never defeat us because we are the product of the system that you have created and as long as there is repression there will be resistance, So do us all a favour FucK OFF AND DIE!!!!

Devastating Southern Alberta Floods

Salute the Workers and People of Southern Alberta

More than 175,000 people across southern Alberta were forced to evacuate their homes due to massive flooding caused by heavy rains that began late last week. On Monday, June 24, 27 communities were under a state of emergency, although several were rescinded later in the day. Three people lost their lives, drowning in the raging Highwood river which runs through the town of High River, 37 kilometres south of Calgary. In particular, the towns of High River, Canmore, Bragg Creek and the City of Calgary have been severely impacted. Siksika, Tsuu Tina and Stoney First Nations have also been hard hit by the floods. Over 75,000 people in 25 Calgary neighbourhoods were under a mandatory evacuation order over the weekend and the entire communities of High River and Bragg Creek were evacuated. By Monday afternoon, most Calgarians had been allowed to return to their homes. They have been asked to stay home on Monday and Tuesday while recovery efforts continue in the downtown core.

TML expresses sincere condolences to the families and friends of those who tragically perished in the floods. TML expresses solidarity with the first responders and emergency personnel who have worked tirelessly to rescue those stranded by flood waters, using helicopters, trucks, combines, tractors and whatever means possible to move people to safety and shelter. TML salutes the tireless efforts of public sector and utility workers and others making enormous efforts to safeguard the water and power supply, maintain telecommunications networks, keep hospitals open, look after the sick and vulnerable, and keep people safe despite their own personal situations. TML also salutes the efforts of fellow citizens at emergency shelters who are providing for those who have been relocated.

Homes, businesses, bridges, roadways, sports complexes and government buildings have all suffered major damage. The Trans-Canada highway was blocked in several places for over 24 hours and many bridges, highways and roads are closed in Southern Alberta due to structural damage.

Those who have been evacuated from flooded communities and towns have been forced to find refuge with family, friends and in overnight shelters and residences set up by the government and the Red Cross. As well, electrical power was cut off for several days in 25 neighbourhoods in Calgary, including the downtown core. Power is slowly being restored in some areas, while in others, there is no estimate as to when power can be restored. These are the worst floods in the history of Southern Alberta. Military forces and helicopters have been called in and emergency forces from across the country are assisting.

Media reports indicate that in the City of Calgary, most of the 75,000 affected residents found shelter with friends and family, with several thousand taking refuge in emergency shelters. Calgarians are assisting in many ways, opening their doors, offering spare rooms, water, food and other items, showing the spirit and sense of responsibility people have to assist each other. People have donated large amounts of food and clothing to the temporary facilities where homeless Calgarians were re-located. The Calgary Drop-In and Rehab Centre which offers shelter, meals and assistance in finding employment to Calgary’s homeless was forced to evacuate from its downtown location, and its basement stores of clothing and other necessities have been lost to the floods. At its new location, long lines of cars formed as people dropped off donations of food, clothing, toiletries and blankets.

A TML correspondent visited some of the evacuation centres and spoke with residents who had made their own way to these centres. Initially, evacuation and overnight centres were set up in the southern end of the city. Within hours of the first emergency evacuation notification, several communities in the northwest sector of the city were given evacuation notices.Road closures due to the flooding posed a problem, particularly for vulnerable low income people heading to shelters. Several people TML spoke with spent the first night in their vehicles and then made their way to the centre. Others who had no transportation were driven by neighbours to the evacuation centres. Many people arrived with not much more than a change of clothes. Some of the initial evacuation centres were closed and everyone relocated to residences at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Mount Royal University and other overnight shelters set up in recreation centres around the city. Although there is an emergency preparedness plan, providing assistance to in low cost housing and without transportation was not well planned and many people had to fend for themselves in the pouring rain and flood conditions. Most of those affected have no idea when they will be able to return to their homes or what condition they will find them in.

At this time people in Southern Alberta are mainly concerned with the immediate situation they face and helping those most affected. But it is crucial that the people be involved in summing up the lessons of the flood. These floods and the devastation and damage they leave in their wake pose some serious issues for the people. One is the fact that even though these floods caused by overflowing rivers are termed “natural disasters” beyond the control of human beings, why is more not done to deal with the capacity of dams and water diversion to deal with the water flow? It is the social responsibility of governments to take more preventative measures. This emergency also shows the importance of people becoming organized in their communities and neighbourhoods to prepare themselves in a very practical way, so that the human factor, the people themselves, are the decisive organized factor in these situations.

Demo in Solidarity With Line 9 Blockade a success

25 Jun

Today Grand River Indigenous Solidarity held a emergency demo in front of City hall in Solidarity with Line 9 protestors in Flamboro who recieved an injuction to stop there blockade.

Currently people are locked in inside, protestors outside and across the street despite the injuction. In solidarity with these protestors who are protesting the illegal violation of Indigenous territory and general enviromental and social fuckery committed by those pushing forward line 9, people gathered gave speeches and handed out lots of literature.

Most people were very receptive and the turnout was good. All in all this was a good show of solidarity with those putting there necks on the line for clean waterr and basic rights

Anti Colonialist Working Group Visit British Consulate to demand that they Repatriate Micheal Campbell

25 Jun

on June 24th a delgation from Anticolonialist Working Group Were outside the Bay St. Entrance of the British Consulate demanding that they Repatriate Micheal Campbell. Given the fact that the consulate is full of idiot security and assholes we got the event to be posted on various pages monitered by Brits stating the event would be Wed.

As well several people that are known to security, police etc., myself included, went to various places and acted suspisous (eg. smoking, drinking coffee, sending txts etc) to draw attention away from other protestors who attempted to infiltrate the building and take over the consulate. Seening the extra security inside and how people who were not protestors were catching flack, they decided that it was improbable to make it to the 28th floor, where the Consulate is and instead set up a info picket with a banner that read “Bring Micheal Campbell home” (most people dont know what repatriate means and its hard to spell) on the Bay st. enterence handing out flyers.

Sitting outside the college st. entrence, we started calling the consulate demanding that Micheal Campbell be repatriated until they turned there phone off. Finally after having quite a few pigs, security etc. staring at me, and the security feeling that they were tricked, Mr. “make that two more” (a member of consulate security who thinks he can an people for no reason for two more years) came outside and started yelling and threatening to arrest me “next time he sees my face” muttering shit like he has my info and will write me a tresspass notice, when i told him he cant arrest people n the public sidewalk cause he doesnt like how they look, and that if thats how he feels please write me a ban, he got more huffy and puffy muttering thing like he can do what he wants etc. showing his stupidity.

All in all the event was a sucess, awareness was raised, and they dont have photos of the second group i think (the bay st. entrence cameras arent pointed to the sidewalk i think). The fact that they were stopping potential protestors who were not protestors based on looks etc. and giving civilians flack demonstrates to the pulic the lenghths that they will go to to stop people from raising issues like there human rights abuses in the occupied six counties and suits us fine!!

Year Zero, Tent City and RAAD

21 Jun

“I heard you told the judge to shut up , let me finish the other day in court, julian we need to talk about comportment if you are going to defend yourself” that quote was taken out of context, i said i was speaking to a motion and the judge said that they did not want to hear anything related to the motion, and what I said had everything to do with the motion, and after that i stated as much, and the judge let me finish, plus at this point in time the charges are provincial offenses.”

“we seriously need to talk about your factum that you are presenting for the inditable charges, you said that your arguement is that the courts are being used as a political tool to silence dissent, have you given any thoughts to that arguement, as well if you are going to defend yourself in front of a jury we really need to talk about decorum, its also not to late to hire a lawyer’

One sec. someones on the other line, i switch over the pigs are at tent city again and saying that our tents must be moved because they are offending the sensativities of bougies in the condos and they have the go to move.

I tell him ive got to go and what up at tent city, and he asks if we are going to take arrests, Im like depends on what people want to do our numbers etc.. Are you going to take an arrest, possibly I sAY. Your impossible Julian, I told you to stay out of trouble at least until trial in Sept., arent there other people that can get arrested, first off we dont even know whats going on, secound of all there may not even be need for arrests third of all its probably a simple tresspass which is a provincial offense which means either a ticket or a court date, finally im not gonna sit by and let other people get arrested while im drinking coffee anyways i gotta go.

What are you doing for your factum and your jpt in Aug? i’ll call you later I said.We need to talk about this now……fuck im gonna wear a shirt of Stalin and when the judge looks at me he will realise that every crime he is accusing stalin of is what he is doing, as well it will remind him that im court because i am a communist.

your not gonna do that….im like trying to end the conversation so I say to Quote peirre Trudeau before he sent the tanks in the streets “just watch me..lol”….loLs not even a word he says….maybe Ill call your lawyer fried intoronto and he can talk some sense into you…..I laugh….hes the last one to attempt to try to talk to me about my court behaviour, hes known me for so long and realise im one of the stubbornest person ever when it comes to politics.

Another thing we need to talk about is your romantisization of Cuba and Venezuela, these country are by no streach of the imagination socialist and as someone who talks about freedom i dont understand how you can back up dictators and tyrants, they are state capitalist blah blah blah……your lecturing me on socialism now I ask?(i know his trick hes trying to get me angry to start talking and get all rieled up and not go to tent city, well two can play at this game, plus im on a cellphone so i can walk and talk)

Your right I say they still have currency and books and glasses, how dare they these revisionist, lets bring back pol pot and create the perfect anarchist society free from intellectuals, currency and other such bourgoise western trapping. The ankara has more eyes then a pineapple and will root out such deviant western behaviour like running water. in fact our new goal at tent city is to bring everything back to year zero. We have abolished housing and live in tents, there is no currency, our fire is full of western books, and in the back we have a special place for peoples tribunals where we bury the bodys its called the killing fields 2.0

This is all funny to you (at this point it actual is). No, im being dead serious, Cambodia was the ideal society before the tyranical Vietnamese invaded, you had community councils, no pollution, no money and everyone worked it was a workers paradise sans workers, Marxism carried to its logicall conlusion, if only Cuba followed that model instead of wiping out illiteracy, setting up medical facilities everywhere, assisting in the defeat of aparthied South Africa and sending more volunteer docters to remote areas across the world, then Cuba woould have truely been a model for the world to follow as opposed to a revisionist society.

Shut up julian, i start laughing…..Seriously he says i also want to talk to you about your support for The new IRA. I dont support any para military group I say, I support the peoples just strugglle for independece and self determination. Listen to me these so called Republicans are really criminals and the group RAAD kills children. And Saddam send his armys to rip babies out of incubators I reply. These people are not like the provos they are psychopaths who just want to kill, as a humanitarian you should be appaulled at what they are doing, they would shoot half the people your are helping, as well as you because they hate communists, they are right wing extremists who want a catholic theocracy. i thought you said they were criminals, I reply, if they are right wing extremists that means they have an ideology and are guided by politics, in any case you are very misinformed, they are True Republicans not based on sectarianism or religion but rather the principles of Peirce and Connolly, the real right wingers are sitting in Stormont administering British rule, interning and torturing there former comrades, anyways i thought we were suppose to talk about my factum, its almost done, i gotta go.

i get to tent city everything is packed up, most people left because they didnt want to get arrested and the consensus was that we would move into Sandhills park, by this time its like midnight and we cant get a car to move the shit so we have to do it by hand, finally we are set up and we start a small fire and start roasting sausages. My friend whom I helped get off of heroine joins us and hes been clean for four years now, i went to highschool with him so we start talking about back in the day shit, like when we use to steal wine from my parents house, then they put it is a locked room, and we would smash the locks, until they got better locks, and we learned to take the hindges off , finally it got to the point where my parents had to cement the windows and stuff. We talk about old Anti Facist fights we use to get in with the NAZI’s till we chased them out of town, and all sorts of shit.

The discussion moves to more depressing shit like our mutual friend who was chooped up into peaces and her torso was found in a dumpster over 40 bucks, he then tells me that he was a a local shelter and some scumbag injected a 14 year old with morphine and meth and how the staff and everyone thought it was funny, and the guy was like hopefully she will take off all her clothing. We talk about the rash of OD’s in the city and the fact that the newspaper just had another article about the dngers with these hard opiates on the street. My friend mentions how fucken sick it was that this girl was used as entertainment by these fucks and compared it the roman collosiem where people would be thrown to lions for simple amsuement.

We continue to talk and the sunject goes on to another back in the day friend of ours who was very proud to be drug free who decided to try smack once and how shortly after we had to bury him. People were talking about conspiracy theorys that he was murdered and other such shit, but i doubt it, from what i understand he caved into pear pressure leaving a hole in the hearts of all who knew him. i wish my lawyer was there to hear the conversation, esp. when my friend was talking about the humiliation and degredation that dealers put him through until he made up his mind that he didnt want to be enslaved by the capitalist poison flooding our neighbourhoods.

i wish he could see the hurt and pain inflict on our community by those who take advantage of the hopeless by selling them fake dreams so that they can bludgeon there consiecness and escape the miserable reality to only to wake up as the walking dead.

I do believe that this problem is a result of capitalism, but that does not excuse the capitalist parasitical class that makes profit off of the misery of others. Maybe if there was a group like RAAD in Canada, we would be alot better off!!!!

Tent City Relocated across from Gentrified lofts!!!

21 Jun

Despite the fact that the Multi Cultural festival is two days from now, and the fact that we were in touch with the organizors by law and city officials told us to vacate the park. This was done when several organizors were running around from beurocrat to Beurocrat trying to tell them the arrangement we made with organizors.

Ironically this move by the city comes at a time when the media is starting to pay attention and gather support.

Despite editors of the bourgoise press removing all comments made by organizers of the anti G8 tent city remotley political from articles and news, more and more people have decided to come join us or at least find out what we are really about.

We have decided to move the tent city across the street from the Arrow Lofts. Arrow was one of the biggest employers in Kitchener until like Caterpillar in London and other closed shop as a result of the economic policys of groups like the G8. Building luxury apartments that working class people cant afford and intensifying the gentrification is part of everything that is wrong with the G8.

We are there and will continue to give out food, raise awareness of the economic policys of the rich and raise awareness and support for those colonised here and abroad who are resisting.
